Just wondering if your points were ever credited?A bit unrelated to the topic at hand, but I was wondering if someone knows how long Disney is taking these days to credit the points on a resale contract to someone who is already a member.
My deed was finalized February 24th... will have expiring points by August; just wondering if there is a place to give them a bit of pressure to expedite it a little.

Ask the broker which one it is! Jambo is the better one to have because it makes Jambo booking one tiny step faster. There is a site that gives you info for which building is which designation on the contract but it is unmentionable here. It might only show on the original direct purchase. If they bought it resale, keep looking up the prior owners until you get to the direct contract.I totally did and it doesnt mention kidani or jambo![]()
I figured it out it's Kidani! Seems like units 1-45A are Jambo and 57A-120C are Kidani. There's like 6x the amount of units for Kidani than JamboIt might only show on the original direct purchase. If they bought it resale, keep looking up the prior owners until you get to the direct contract.

They do BUT with the booking screen, if you have Kidani, Jambo does not automatically check as it is listed in the area for resorts that aren’t your own. If you are trying to get those value studios and running late, it’s a small extra step to drop down the menu and check Jambo.Why does it matter whether it’s Jambo or Kidani? Don’t they both get the same booking privileges?
That is the reason we bought GFV direct in 2023 when they were having that great sale. We already had AKL resale. Being from Montreal that sorcerer pass is great. In 2024 we took 2 trips for a total of 16 days and I also went with my sister for another 5 days. We are going back in May for 11 days. Hate to give it up after just 1 year, but it was for good reason. We ended up buying into Poly direct. Family of 5 and out of state AP holders. We usually take 1-2 weekend trips a year plus a week during spring break or summer, so the ability to get the Sorcerer's Pass makes it worth it to us.
