I think you accidentally transposed a couple of numbers or mistyped some letters. Below are some suggestions on how to fix your post:

VGC at $151/pt

Those are your only two options. Please correct it accordingly before the rest of us bargain hunters lose our minds. Congratulations on scoring the Animal Kingdom contracts. You could've done better on price though. Not judging (ok, maybe a little).

This will be our first WDW purchase--we own 2 contracts at VGC. We are adding on due to my recent discovery of RunDisney events--I did 4 last year and planning 3-4 this year. Despite the high cost per point of BLT right now, we picked it because of the ability to walk to MK, the 2nd bathroom in the one bedroom (which is *huge* for us), and the whirlpool tub for those post half marathon races We've been staying on my VGC points at AKL 1-bdrm since that seems to have decent availability at 7 months, but were looking for a BLT contract with some points on it. There weren't a lot of non-stripped contacts out there in our use year. More than I wanted to pay per point, but it will be nice to have those points to book my next race weekends, assuming we close as planned.

Let's just say our Broker hasn't been the best at communicating anything this time around. I just found out that our closing documents are in the mail today from the escrow company. We apparently passed ROFR on 1/10.

What have I got myself into?! I just signed an SSR contract a few days ago but saw this one which is a good deal for a loaded contract-- I’ll rent the 2017 points to net down my purchase price to $79/ pt. I already own at AKV and strongly prefer it, so I hope it goes through.

Now the question is do I cancel the SSR contract since I’m within the 10 day window… I’m hesitant because I’m worried this one will get taken and I’ll be stuck with nothing. The SSR contract is $85/ point which is a decent deal too.

If both end up passing ROFR I would have to sell the SSR contract for $98/pt to get my money back after commissions, or strip it and sell for $90. That may be doable…

Bummer.. for a semi-stripped contract at that price I’m kind of surprised. They must have had someone looking for one with that use year. Keep trying and don’t be afraid to bid the same!

In true DVC addict style, we already found another contract to buy as well. We’ve been wanting more BCV points, so this contract will be great. It makes me a little nauseous that we paid $105pp a year ago for our other BCV contract. I hope we aren’t being unwise by buying at the “top of the bubble”. Any thoughts on if you expect BCV to hold this value or if you think it’s going to make a turn back down?

For those that have done this before (I’m a newbie!), the title company just ran my deposit today but paperwork went to Disney for ROFR last week. Is this a sign that maybe it was accepted or just the title company running behind?
