Congratulations! That is a great timeline. I'm jealous, just got the deed recorded, so we are waiting for our number. I can only hope ours goes as fast as yours.
Did you call Disney for your number or did you get it in the mail?

We were already members. When I logged onto my account this afternoon, they were there. They were not this morning. I was very excited especially since I had a few points that needed to be banked by the end of this month. Good luck.

Just bought in to a new UY, so wondering how long for new member ID and then points.

Actually it was a different UY. I thought I would need to wait for my log in information from DVC. I was pleasantly surprised today. I have not received my welcome packet though. I'm assuming we will still get it. I didn't ask when I was talking to member services today.

This wait is killing me.. Especially Now that I've seen another listing was responded to that was sent the same day as me..... Why does this process have to be so long..... And I still could have up to another 10 days

Yes they assigned another member ID. When I was checking my planned vacations, my new membership showed with nothing planned. I panicked a little since we have a large trip planned on our original membership. It took a second to realize the new membership was showing. It seems to be fairly simple to switch/view them both.

Up until the fall, they would sit on EVERY contract for the full 30 days, no matter what! It was brutal .

It's super easy now. Even the ones we have that are deeded differently show up on the dashboard. I gladly turfed my spreadsheet when they updated the site to allow for easy access to all memberships!

Disney kicked this back to us because the 220 (137 banked from 2015 & 83 for 2016) points for 2016 is actually only 199 (137 banked from 2015 & 62 for 2016). They say the seller has used 21 of the points since listing or something. The Re-seller is trying to find out if we accept the contract with 21 less points, will we have to start ROFR over again. Anyone have this happen before? Will we have to start the 30 days over again? If we do, should I renegotiate the price? Bummer

Our Reseller has sent in an addendum the new price is as listed below. It look like the ROFR will not start over, but it will be delayed a few days. Fingers crossed again.

I'm a few days behind you so I'm nervously hoping that both of us are good. Of course, more waiting is ahead once ROFR is passed...the Estoppel thread is just as active as this one. Ugh.
