When we bought our first contract last year, ROFR took 2-3 weeks. How's it been looking lately??

We’re on day 29 and 19 today for two, but both needed addendums (signed and sent back same day) so we are on a complete unknown but others have sped through recently!

I'm on day 20 and day 7 for mine. I expect to hear from the first one this week because 3 weeks seems to be the norm right now.

Yep, mine was sent 1/24. I would not be surprised if tomorrow is the day we get the good news.

I still feel like 2BR availability isn't horrible at 7 months although definitely harder than 1BRs but they aren't as actively stalked like a studio

I agree 100%. Was able to snag a 2BR in early July at BCV back in December. If memory serves me, there were at least 4 other resorts with 2BR availability then. Getting into the warmer months, but still a nice summer trip.

Once an offer has been submitted, how long should one give the seller/broker to respond before it's acceptable to put another offer in for something else?

I usually wait a day or two and then send a follow-up email to the seller indicating I’m going to move on to another contract, do they want to give me an answer? Something along those lines.

I agree. There's zero reason why a seller can't complete a DocuSign form within 36 hours. It takes literally a minute, and you can do it on your phone.
