FEB UY 100pt? There is a double loaded on the market for $270pp There is another 160pt at $255pp.If it’s a small contract in a rare UY that someone really needs it could go for high 200s. I’m thinking perhaps 280.
Except the VAST majority of contracts offers are made at or near the selling price. Someone would have to make a significantly higher offer per point to get that kind of movement.Possibly or there were several offers around the asking making the seller think they could get more.
I was thinking more of one of those 50 point ones. For some reason they really fetch a premium.FEB UY 100pt? There is a double loaded on the market for $270pp There is another 160pt at $255pp.

Good luck! Look for ones that have been sitting for awhile. This one was listed for 4 months. I took a shot and it worked.what a great price! hunting a 50 pt OKW for that same price point that matches my use year - congrats!!!!!!
That listing was clearly a mistake. Disney hasn’t been taking back grand cal for the most part because there isn’t a huge profit margin.. but they do have people on a waitlist and I think there is a good chance they would take something at 180 considering the direct price is 310. That’s a big margin. I just had an offer accepted for 247. I’m actually kind of nervous about that. With grand cal selling around 250… they might start taking it to clear the waitlist. It’s at a similar resale to direct margin as other resorts now.I would just say that your offer was $185 and you won't go any higher. $300 for Grand Cal right now is ridiculous, plus the all so obvious bait-and-switch they just pulled.
If it was me, I would counter at $180 but I don't need or want Grand Cal points.

Good luck! I wish we would have snagged that to match our April use year.OSUBucksfan9---$160-$16500-100-CCV@WL-Apr-0/21, 0/22, 50/23, 100/24- sent 12/20
I'm hopeful too. I called our awesome guide looking for deals and there just weren't any aside from VGF. We paid $185/pp when we bought direct 5 years ago and CCV is at $250/pp now. It's nuts.I’m liking some of the recent CCV prices. Hoping to see a couple, including mine, make it through ROFR!
Thanks! You've inspired me now I keep taking my shots - i'll hit one eventuallyGood luck! Look for ones that have been sitting for awhile. This one was listed for 4 months. I took a shot and it worked.
