Who is the broker, if you don't mind me asking?

That listing was clearly a mistake. Disney hasn’t been taking back grand cal for the most part because there isn’t a huge profit margin.. but they do have people on a waitlist and I think there is a good chance they would take something at 180 considering the direct price is 310. That’s a big margin. I just had an offer accepted for 247. I’m actually kind of nervous about that. With grand cal selling around 250… they might start taking it to clear the waitlist. It’s at a similar resale to direct margin as other resorts now.

I am a bit surprised they don’t ROFR VGC in the $240-$250 range just to clear the waitlist backlog.

They just passed on my $225pp.

Also, I believe you have a ~$247pp that is stripped of the 2023 UY points, so you shouldn’t be nervous.

By mistake I mean someone probably want thinking or there is a confusion of resorts… no one would list vgc 60$ below market… but then they bumped it to 50 above market which is also weird.

I completely agree, but I’m sure they’d rather have a guaranteed sale today than a potential sale 3-5 months from now.

Either way, it’s still a green light from ROFR for VGC resale!
