To be honest I was worried as so many bad reviews on here, but Bonnie has been fantastic so far and it went from offer to sent for ROFR in 48 hours and title company etc all very responsive.

So far, I'd happily use them again.

Used them twice and smooth sailing both times, would definitely buy from again. I saved thousands with them on my last contract compared to other brokers and they didnt give their two cents on my offers like a certain other broker

I used them on my 3rd contract. Nothing but good things to say on my end

Based on others’ experiences, I’ve been very fortunate. 3 contracts with 3 different brokers and 2 different title companies. I’ve never had an issue

First DVC contract, and bought a small one at Hilton Head to start our membership (and we plan to use these points at Hilton Head since it’s a frequent vacation spot for us). Future add on resale contracts I will be looking for are Aulani and Boulder Ridge (maybe Copper Creek). I am planning for 150 direct points at Polynesian if better incentives get released to get the blue card.

Took about 6 years away from DVC but bought 110 at BLT in February and now submitted a contract for SSR just a few months later. Add on itis has already set in.
