I havent even talked to mine she thinks we're done and I have no idea how I'm going to get her on board for a 30k direct contract when she already agreed to 3 and would rather save for a down payment on a rental property and I agreed, but really my plan is to save and convince her that Riviera IS like having a rental property in Europe or if i like poly better Hawaii

. 306 points are direct at Disneyland and the rest are all resale contracts that were bought for a great price (we won't talk about the Grand Cal resale that was a good price for Grand Cal). I still stalk the resale sites multiple times per day and so does my husband. We don't have any intentions to buy anymore at the moment but I'm itching to cross that 3k threshold since we're so close but 15 points contracts don't exist and 25 and 50 point contracts aren't a good value so I think we just need a cutesy little 100 pointer somewhere 
. Hopefully you can get your Riviera or Poly direct contract someday soon.

Just get 160 direct! Can you tell that math isn't my best subject??? Buying 10 more direct makes wayyy more sense than whatever I was thinking

Saw this one pop up in the evening and put an offer in right away. It was already gone from the broker site when I checked early the next morning so figured someone must have bid above asking. Got the broker email a couple hours later asking if we wanted to make any changes to the offer. I'm sure I could've haggled on the extra fee or pro-rated dues but it's such a good price and I figured there were other offers so kept as is. We beat out 10 other offers..... then had to call the husband at work and tell him we were buying more points
We're happy, the kids are happy, and it's still a really good price compared to what I've seen on the aggregator site the last several months.
Now off to ROFR. This is the first time since we started buying in 2023 that I'm truly nervous
