Ahh that’s exciting!! I was looking at that one! If my OKWe fell through I’m going to go with AKV. I just wish I knew so I could put an offer in on one haha this waiting game stinks.

None recently that I've heard of. I'm also waiting on an AKV ROFR. That said, Q1 did have ~9% of AKV contracts taken back, according to one reseller: https://www.disboards.com/threads/r...uctions-formatting-tool.3965193/post-66074928

I've wondered about this ^^. While I am newer at this than many here, it sometimes seems like good news comes quicker than bad news. I saw so many passed after ~3 weeks or so while it seemed like those of us waiting 30 full days were getting lots of bad news
