Thanks! That was definitely some high drama on Friday! I'm sure by the end of the week you will hear back. We may be crazy, but have never stayed at BWV and bought there kind of on a whim. I couldn't ignore the cheap points chart!

yes! we own at OKW as well (and waiting for ROFR to pass on a SSR contract), and i am always amazed at how low BWV points can be..............IF you own there. that's ultimately what pushed us to buy that contract - being able to book at 11 months out still doesn't guarantee it, but gives you a heck of a better chance of getting those standard rooms! it's a lovely hotel, and being able to walk into epcot is amazing!!

Had to update the sent date from 4/30 to 5/17 because my broker forgot to send this (??). I am still not certain what happened, but it is now en route to ROFR waiver, hopefully.

Our contract was sent to ROFR on Saturday at $169.50. I guess that could be a big tell in a few weeks how much they are ramping up ROFR.

There's a report of a Poly contract clearing ROFR today, but it was a 50-pointer and it passed at $200 PP, so that's not really anywhere near a meaningful data point.
