Isn’t the broker fee due either way? I think the difference is that you presumably also have to pay closing costs and dues?

For this broker instant seller pays the commission. Yes, the buyer always pays the commission it just gets accounted for in the settlement. Kind of a semantics thing

I said that poorly. Commission for selling always comes out of sellers side of a transaction.

Yeah, that's the only non-PVB contract that has had a response since 5/24, and it's the most recent date submitted. So no responses to any contracts submitted after 5/9.
