This will bring us up to a total of 270 SSR points and 75 Poly. I do a biannual spring break trip with my boys to the Poly, DH refuses to go because he will not stay in a studio. He prefers 2 bedrooms at Saratoga Springs or Old Key West or Kidani (in that order)...me I love the Wilderness Lodge but I just can't pay more for 15 fewer years on the contract.

Best of luck! That is incredibly frustrating (the delay), and I completely agree that you should have been notified. Unfortunately, my experience has been that once the sale has been agreed upon, brokers oftentimes melt into the shadows. You would have been well within your rights to rescind your offer if the signed paperwork was not completed by the date on the contract.

Finally after 2 weeks of our offer being accepted, it was finally sent in for ROFR (took a long time in my eyes for the seller to return the signed contract)
