Hi DVC experts!
My escrow has closed and I am trying to lurk on the OCC website to see when my deed is actually recorded.
I find I can't quite figure out the closing process.
I find Deeds that were signed at the beginning of May, notarized by Disney on May 22, 2017 and recorded on May 23, 2017.

At what stage of the closing process does the seller actually date and sign the deed?

At what stage of the closing process does Disney notarize the Deeds?

Who sends the Deed to the recorder's office? (the Escrow agent?)

Our thoughts of adding on 50 pts at the Poly after just closing on 50 pts at BWV. We plan on rotate staying at each resort ever other year in a studio for 5 nights in a Boardwalk and Water View room. Hopefully at BWV during F&W and Poly during the first couple weeks of Dec. Both of our contracts were loaded with banked points and feel even with the added closing costs we have saved over $4k vs going Direct. After our AP's expire early next year we might do a 25pt direct add-on to gain additional benefits at that time.

We also own at Wyndham Bonnet Creek, yes via resale, and we plan on still using those points for 2bdm + accommodations when our kids and grand kids join us and will continue to use Wyndham for stays elsewhere.

Saw 3 sell in this range in past week...hope we didn't overpay but even if we did, what can ya do. Broker was very optimistic this would pass Disney inspection.

Just under contract last night. Went back and forth between more points at AKL/OKW or in MK area where our heart is. In the end our hearts won out. Now let's just see if it can pass ROFR!

So excited to share that we passed ROFR in 10 days with a June use year. Now on to Estoppel...

Guess this helps to make up for having 2 wisdom teeth pulled this morning.
