Nope, it makes no difference whatsoever in the calculation, but if it makes you feel better and there's no harm, I say go for it. Congrats on passing!

It reminds me of buyers demanding credit for closing when buying my last house, yet they barely haggled the price down at all. They could have easily gotten another $10-$15K off had they countered more aggressively but all they wanted was for me to cover $5000 in closing fees. Weird, but suited me just fine.

You got a great contract. I saw that one right after I had my offer accepted for a 100pt contract at VGF. Mine was $130 per point with Aug 0/16, 81/17, 100/18 and forward. Sent to Disney 5/1. Good luck and I think we both made a great buy
