Agree! Hoping for all the best for both of us. It took fancy talking for me to get my husband to do resale, but the Contemporary is his favorite and our daughter and SIL are trying to get pregnant so I think this will be a good fit. Told him we could do an add on later.

Thanks to my recent promotion bought a 2nd contract to surprise DW for her 50th birthday coming up in July:

Seller pays dues for '18 points used, cost of which I subtracted from the cost already. I am not thrilled about the price that these contracts are going for, I personally would've rather gotten a cheaper contract or more points at another resort, but DW dream is to be able to spend time at F&W staying at an Epcot resort, so we'll be fighting the bookers at 11 months out. UY isn't perfect, but will work fine for traveling in October (it's in the last 4 months but just barely, so anything cancelled before 30 days would be in the 8 month window) and I was fine with no 2017 points as we wouldn't use the points until October 2018.

Lol same rate as us, i lost a bet to the DH, never thought this would squeak thru since ours was only 70 points. Glad to have a few more points there now in our original UY!

Hopefully, won't get the paperwork next week (estoppel can't be moving that fast lol) when we're...

Wow congrats on the turnaround. I'm truly happy for you, but jealous as I have an offer in on adding to AKV submitted 4/21 and still haven't heard.
