We heard back from the broker today; we passed... YAYYY!!!! Now on to closing! No real hurry as ours was somewhat stripped, but glad to get it!!

Passed ROFR today!! The broker said there a lot of ROFR's that came in a short while ago! Hoping the next step is quick!

Sometimes they don't tell you until the next day. Did you try calling? I was going nuts about our BWV and called, lo and behold they had received our waiver two days prior. No guarantees, of course, but sometimes it feels reassuring to be proactive !

I had just emailed her on Wednesday. She assured me that we should be hearing soon, and she would let me know as soon as she hears anything. Don't know that I want to bug her about it again so soon. There's a lot more waiting to be done once we clear this hurdle. So another day or two won't kill me... too much!

Agreed, we just passed last Friday. Ours was a little loaded (76 points) but not overwhelming and it was for BLT. From these boards it seems like Disney is taking loaded contracts, but especially OKW and SSR. Seems like BLT hasn't been taken as much.

We just offered and seller accepted $118.00 BLT 100 Dec UY, with points avail 12/17 which works fine for us for many reasons. I asked our resale guy about ROFR and he said DVC seems to be bypassing BLT for now and getting more SSR. Keeping our fingers crossed to add to our current 100.
