I'm so sad, I was going to post in this thread again, but it's been coming up to two weeks since the offer was accepted and the sellers haven't returned their paperwork, nor can the broker get a hold of them . Boo.

What a bummer! Did they ever get a hold of the sellers?

Oh man, I sent my contract on 7/21 and have not heard. My last attempt was taken in July, so I am afraid they are taking this one too! The waiting is as bad as waiting for Christmas morning when I was 8.
