ROFR passed and I was not notified

I posted several days ago about a rude response from a broker (assistant) in connection with inquiring about my ROFR status. As it happens, DVC informed me that I had passed ROFR. I have still not been notified by the broker. So if you have any question, do not hesitate to ask DVC. Good news is that I passed my small brv contract - finally!!

How did DVC notify you?

I sent a very polite request to the dvc member administration email. I wouldn’t recommend unless someone is having difficulty, as I am sure they are very busy answering emails. They responded next business day!

On my first contract the title company alerted me when they sent the closing documents to me for signature - the broker never let me know.
