ROFR - Listing Agent's fee

If DVc exercises ROFR on a contract does the listing agent still get his fee? I was assuming yes.

Yep the answer is yes as the contract has been purchased.

Why wouldn't they get their commission?...They earned it.

You hired them to sell your contract at a specific price. You agreed to a price with a potential buyer. You got the same price when DVC excersed ROFR. What do you care who buys it?
