does anyone have any idea, what are the minimum prices, per point, for different DVC Resorts, to get past DISNEY AND RORF?

I realize no one knows for sure, just kinda of curious.

I don't know what the minimum is but $62 per point is too low. hope that this helps.

It depends on banked/borrowed points, who is paying for closing and probably the mood of the person/people who decide for DVC - VB and HH have lower thresholds than WDW-DVC locations - I would guess somewhere around $69-73 depending on the above gets by ROFR at WDW-DVC and then mid $60 for VB/HH

Its kinda hard to gage. My understanding is that Disney will buy a contract if there is a wait list of existing members for points with that use year and they won't loose any money on the deal.

That's why you hear of good deals getting through while others that are higher priced being grabbed by Disney.

What was suggested to us as a guideline is 65+ for HH and VB. 69+ for OKW and 72+ for the rest.

A few months ago, we purchased 300 pts for OKW for $65 / pt and pro-rated maintenance. It was June use year and all 2003 & 2004 points were still available. Good luck...
