ROFR activity recently-Updated!

Has anyone here recently gone through the ROFR process. It will be 2 weeks tomorrow that our papers have been faxed to our broker, and we had a holiday in the interim. I'm wondering about time frame.

Just got the call that Disney has approved the sale. So, we're now the soon to be owners of 50 additional VWL points. We're paying $77 per plus $400 closing and all of the '05 fees and getting all of the '05 points. So, we're paying close to what Disney would have cost us, if it were available.

We are very happy!

i called someone in the know for you at DVC and i was told the ROFR is now at 15 business days since January 2. In december is was running much faster...........just hold tight youre almost there!!!

Congrats!!!! How exciting for you!!! My papers haven't gone to Disney yet, they're still waiting on documents from the seller. I'm going to be so worried!!!!
