Rocky 3 question

We are watching 'Rocky 3' on Spike TV and they are at the part where Rocky gets serious about training and they have a montage of him training, running on the beach with Apollo Creed, etc. Anyway, they are playing the Rocky theme to it, wasn't it 'Eye of the Tiger' that used to play during this montage? Would they have changed it for some reason?

I believe they've always played the Rocky theme during the training montage. I remember them playing "Eye of the Tiger" toward the beginning when he is winning all of his matches and it's showing how great his life is. I haven't seen this movie in a while though so maybe someone else can chime in and confirm or deny? I do love this movie though!

the song played during the beach training montage is actually the rocky theme, "Gonna Fly Now" by Bill Conti.

that is the song every time he gets serious in his training in all the films.

DH is a Rocky freak. He confims that during every montage it is "Gonna Fly Now," except for in Rocky 4 right after he and Adrian fight, they play "No Easy Way Out" and at the end of 3 they play "Eye of the Tiger" when Rocky and Apollo are fighting.
Please come to me with all of your Rocky needs...
