Rock the Universe Weekend?

We will be traveling to USO/IOA on the weekend of September 6, 2003. We have a 5 day pass and plan to start visiting the parks on Saturday afternoon. The official calendar says that IOA closes at 7pm and USO closes at 6pm on the 6th. I also noticed that the people coming to "Rock the Universe" can start coming in at 4pm and can stay until 1am. How does this work? Do they get to come in at 4pm and then the non-rock the universe crowd has to leave by 6pm? Or, once you are in can you stay all night even without a rock the universe ticket? Just curious...

This is a special ticket event. At 6 anyone that does not have a ticket for Rock the Universe has to leave. I believe they also give those attending a bracelet to wear.
