Rock & roll Buffet indoors or out

I've been waiting to book this buffet/party for NYE but just realized this might be outdoors. If you have ever been to this event on NYE can you give me some feedback. Does it get real cold or is it indoors or under a tent. I get cold easily and was concerned. This is the reason we haven't booked the Luau yet.

We were at WDW last NYE and it was in the pavillion between UK and Canada. We ate at Teppanyaki but thought of doing this. We are going this year again and might try it.

Thanks for your response. Is the pavillion inside or out. I hate being cold especially during meal time. Thanks, Gina
