Rock 'n Roller Coaster may not be featuring Aerosmith

Disney only has the theme park rights for American Idol, as I recall. They do not otherwise have any significant involvement with that show or its production.

Just got back from WDW and a CM mentioned Hannah Montanna as the new theme for RR

I am not all up to date but isnt hannah montana the show done with and she is no longer contracted with disney as of her last season of her show is coming out this yr?? or was that old news and she resigned a contract? like i said I thought that is what I thought.
And I like the songs they have pn RNR it goes with the coaster itself but that is juts my opinion

Even if the Aerosmith tie in goes away, they could re-make the pre-show video and put random rock-n-roll on each of the limo's. The ride doesn't have to be themed to a specific band. Everyone refers to it as the Rockin Roller Coaster and leaves off the "Featuring Aerosmith" part. They could probably do the pick your own music like the big coaster at Universal does fairly easily as well. That way if you want the Jonas Brothers (I know it's hard to believe but some people do ), you can have them or if you want Journey or the Chilli Peppers, you could have them. That's the way I think they'll go if Aerosmith leaves.

You know what I think would be cool? Not sure of the logistics but it would be cool if there were several different bands that you could choose from. Make it a little interactive somehow? The group would choose which band. Or even just a random assigned band? Ya never know which band you are gonna get. But I agree it would have to be rock.

This is what Rip, Ride, Rockit has at US. It IS very cool!

I personally have always wanted a roller coaster that was themed aaround Monsters, Inc when they are in the door factory!

They wouldn't Aerosmith are just as good as they've always been by the way, for those of you wondering! I saw them live at the O2 arena in London in June and they were absolutely fantastic!!

i agree with the fact that even if RnR goes away with aerosmith, they better not put hannah montana or any pop music for that matter in the ride . . . . . . . . or its gonna need a name change.
