Roaring Forks - lunch & dinner times

Is it possible to get a late lunch/early dinner at 3pm? or are they closed then for hot meals?

Acoording to www.allearsnet.com hours are : Breakfast grill 7am-11am, Lunch grill 11am-11pm. (It also states that "Hours are seasonal"). Hope this helps.
