Road trip hotel question...Georgia

We're driving to WDW this summer and will stop once in Maryland and stay the night with family and we're planning on staying some place 1/2 way between there and Orlando for the 2nd night. I'm looking at the SpringHill Suites I-95 in Savannah, Ga. Has anyone stayed there? I'm also wondering how strict they are with the # of people per room. The room has 2 queens and a sofa bed and it will be me and dh in bed #1, the 2 boys in bed #2, my brother (28ys old) on the sofa bed and the baby in the pack n play. It says max of 4 per room but with all those beds there is pleanty of room. Should I just go to the desk myself to check in and pretend we only have 4? Or does anyone know of another large room hotel in the Savannah area?
