A family of 3 where the child is tall enough, but won't ride RnR. At rope drop would it better to do single rider taking turns? Or child swap? And how does child swap work at RnR? Thank you for any help and/or advice.

Last month our DGS was tall enough but didn't want to ride. We talked to the CM at the entrance, who told us we couldn't get a Rider Swap pass but we could do an "internal swap." DGS went through the line with us and when we got to load we told that CM we wanted to do an internal swap. DGS and our DS were taken through the "chicken exit" while the rest of us rode. When we got off they were waiting for us at the exit (just inside the gift shop). DS was allowed to get in the car at the unloading dock, and we waited in the gift shop while he rode. BTW we all had FPs, including DGS.
