RN Remote Jobs

I have been a RN for 27 years. Wanting to work remote and rest my legs. If u work remote can you tell me what you do and how did you get the job. I see There are lots of remote jobs out there, but do not know where to start.

Health insurance companies usually employ nurses to handle inpatient and outpatient prior authorization processing. They also employ nurses in case manager roles...those individuals reach out to the health plan members & the members' health care providers to ensure that the member is getting the proper care they need for their complex ongoing health conditions. Right now, a lot of those people are working entirely remote at home. Prior to the pandemic, they were primarily office/desk jobs.
