Whoo hoo it's the weekend, Time to pig out! okay no just j/k. I think i better not pig out too much, cause it takes me too long to get back into the habit of healthy eating after the weekend of whatever i want.

I'm so happy though, today is my day off! no work, no school to think about. Just hanging out, sleeping, watching t.v.
Bad thing about the weekend, EATING OUT!!! there is always eating out on the weekends with my family. As well as going shopping and finding snacks. My grandparents, aunt and daddy are going to las vegas from sun - thurs, so there will be less going out and less eyes on my diet.
I'm really happy about this break, cause i think lately i've been so overworked i've gotten extremely disoriented. I have an attention span of a gnat as well though, last week at work i got so disoriented selling tickets, i was restarting my computer, resetting my printer, cause i saw 2 people and assumed i had sold 2 tickets, which i had only sold one. And then i got confused with the 5 dollars in my hand and had no idea if i had just gotten it or was about to give it. Oo needless to say the guy left thinking i was extremely incompetant. AT least that was better then the times i stand door (rip tickets) and was so zoned out, the first thing i thought when someone gave me a ticket was "who are you, where am i, and what do you want for me"
My thumb is getting bad again, i have this habit, of when my thumb itches i keep scratching, and biting and chewing it till the skin becomes hard, then when i bend it it, it cracks to the flesh or i peel it and it's an open wound. It's really bad and takes a month or so to heal after that. I will not peel it, i will not peel it.
Weighs in is on sunday, though i've snuck on the scale today (182pounds) in the morning. i should be down around 1-3 pounds this week. Can't wait to find out if i did!
Today:
1/2 bowl of shredded pork and pickled veggies with vermicelli
1 red bean drink with ice cream
3-4 2 inches by 1 inch slices of pork
1-2 servings of sour cream and onion rings (140-280cals)
1 sugar free pepper mint patty (35cals)
1/2 lean cuisine brushetta (155cals)
2 cashew pucks (160cals)
1 mini fudge pop (50cals)
1 cup mashed pumpkin w/ coconut milk
1 lean cuisine meatloaf w/ 3 bites veggies (190cals)
1-2 bites of crab eggs/meat
I'm bloated, i feel absolutely disgustingly full right now. I had the brushetta first, ate half then i ate the mashed pumpkin. Then i decided to have meatloaf with the two cashew pucks, while i waited i (peeled?) crab for my mom and had a couple bites. And then ate the cashew pucks, then the meatloaf and then the fudge pop. I feel like i'm going to burst. I should of never eaten the meatloaf that was a bad bad bad idea. I love to snack and to try everything that looks good. That's my problem, i can't wait, i have to eat it. *sighs* Ken is coming over soon, going to ask him to take me for a nice long walk. Tomorrow will be the walk for breast cancer and then 7 hours of work.
Sunday:
In the morning it was raining and i felt like crap all day. Ended up a) not going for the run and b) having to call in sick for work. I stayed home in bed an watched korean vcd's and snacked all day ;-;
I will get this exercise in, i'm planning on going for a run or at least walk around the block for 15 minutes at least either after school or before work on monday.
