river question

Do you have to swim along the river or are tubes or anything else provided? How long is it? Just not sure if the kids can swim all the way along.

They have noodles and the kids could also wear life jackets if they wanted. Some areas are quite shallow, but the depth of the river changes quite rapidly at times. I think it is about 2/3 of a mile all the way round. About half way though is the aviary so you could also have a rest there to feed some of the birds.
