Well I was at the world this weekend and they are starting to remove RC from the few signs it was still on. . . . sad. . . . sad. . . . sad.
 
But if you still look at the maps it shows the slides but doesn't put a name with them.
 
I don't really remember the slides having names. There were only 3... 2 were body slides and the other was the tube ride, based on river rapids. There was also a chlorinated pool with 2 slides that stopped about 10 ft above the wate, and you free fell the rest of the way.
 
I always like the water slides at RC. Just a short walk back to the top so you could go down again. Not a 3-mile "hike" like it seems at TL and BB.
 

:( We miss RC - My DS learned to swim there..... I really wish they would make it the themed swimming area for Fort Wilderness - It's already there, wouldn't cost them anything but rehab & upkeep...... Such a wasted opportunity........

Actually it would cost QUITE A BIT for the rehab, and most likely the upkeep. See the other post about River Country for more details.
