RIV vs VGF2 vs AKV

I just sold two 50 point AKV contracts to purchase VGF. I loved my AKV but our son is grown so a Savannah room is not a big deal and we are not big AK fans so we rarely stayed there. I feel long term that the monorail resorts will hold up value over the others so that is where I would go. The RIV restrictions would make me nervous for resale. Honestly I would buy HHI if looking for SAP its a great little resort for winter getaways and while the dues are a bit higher it would take years for that to be anissue. On the resale markey they are almost half of the other resorts.

Buying an offset resort for onsite stays is pretty risky because you lose all ability to even book something during a home resort priority.

I think there are enough choices onsite that can work for SAP to avoid needing to get offsite
