We are leaving on Saturday. Our purchased our tickets back in February through Continental airlines which of course has it's hub in Houston. So... as you might imagine, trying to work reschedule flight details today has been horrendous!!! We finally got something booked, but now we won't get into Orlando until midnight. I'm just so frustrated with the whole airline thing! Anybody else???

Well you could look at like this. Yes it might be a terrible thing if you stayed with your original plans and you might not have gotten to go until a day or 2 later. Now you are just going a couple of hours later. It's not the airlines fault. They can only do what they can do. We have only 1 flight that leaves a day to where my dad lives in FL. I am praying that we will be able to make that 1 flight.

I'm a little nervous about Rita "raining" on my parade, if you will. I'm hoping for nice weather, but now that seems questionable. It's hard to get around when the weather is horrible! :guilty: I guess I'll have to pack poncho's!

You're right, I am being a bit of a spoiled brat because I've been planning this trip for nearly a year, I need to try looking at the bright side!!!
