Ripoff Beware

This thief has been hijacking ebay accounts and using them to create ripoff auctions. So far this week he has created three series of auctions (the first two were removed by ebay). Here is the latest seller that had his account hijacked.

He's actually come onto this site (the Universal board) posting cheap US/IoA and Disney tickets. He claimed to be a satisfied customer. The nerve! I think he was reported to the administrator but definitely...buyer beware!

His previous auctions that were killed were from the northeast and in an email he sends when you inquire about tix he claims he is from England. His broken english leads me to believe this is an Eastern Bloc guy.

In general, anyone asking for payment and only accepts Western Union is a likely a ripoff.

This happened to my Aunt a few years ago. Someone stole her ID, and then listed expensive electronics for sale under her ID. They were even able to hack into her PayPal account and get the money out of there. They mainly listed the items for 1 day listings, because they needed to have the auction over with before they were found out. Now I never bid on an auction that is a 1 day listing (just to be a little safer).
