RIP Thread

Jimmy Dean,,country singer of "Big John" fame, of years past,
and breakfast sausage king has past away at 81 .
RIP Jimmy Dean.

Jimmy Dean Nacho Dip

1 Jimmy Dean sausage chub (regular flavor)

1 can Tomatoes with green chili's (Rotel)

3 8oz. Cream Cheese

Brown sausage, drain, drain juice off of tomatoes, add to sausage, stir until just mixed.
and then I add it to my small slow cooker with cream cheese and turn on low and stir until all mixed. In the slow cooker it takes about 1/2 hour on low until everything is mixed. Or you can mix it all in a sauce pan until bubbly. Serve with the tortilla scoops.

I will sometimes double this recipe for bigger crowds, because it is so cheap and easy to make and is always the first to go.

THANK YOU LISA!! I've had this & love it. Never had the recipe.

RIP George Steinbrenner, growing up in NY being a Yankee fan, I just knew of him being associated with the Yankees. But moving to the Tampa area,I realized how much he had been involved in other businesses in the Tampa Area. I know his family who are customers of the company I work for and my condolences goes to them.

But moving to the Tampa area,I realized how much he had been involved in other businesses in the Tampa Area.

See, I knew you were trouble, you're a Yankee.
Seriously though, as a former Tampa Bay area resident myself, I came to admire what George did both as the Yankees owner and for his philanthropy in the Tampa Bay area. He even helped the Rays get started. A lot of rich people could learn a lesson from him. I only wish he owned the Redsox.

RIP George. Thank you for being owner of the Yankees, and thank you for all your giving to Tampa, UF and NYC.

I shall have to send a note of condolence to fellow Gator Hal Steinbrenner.

I had no idea of the extent of his generosity until I watched the news tonight. He was quite an extraordinary man. George also supported USF & UT - very generously. He was certainly one in a million.

He also entertained us all. The George - Billy escapades were unique in all of sports. He never ceased to amaze.

It's very rare that I find disappointment in our American people, but it did happen.
America voted Jonathan Thymius off of "Last Comic Standing".
He was absolutely hilarious !!

Porthos , the beagle.

He belonged to John,Erica and Matt.
Porthos passed away yesterday after they left our home while on their way to Chattanooga . He was two years old. He was known to have seizures which may have been the reason for passing.

he was a really sweet beagle.

Oh my...that's just heartbreaking. I'm so sorry to hear this.
John, Erica and Matt...My condolences on the loss of your precious pup.

Thanks Phyllis, and thanks Frank, that silly little dog sure has left a great big hole in our hearts, and this trip sure isn't the same with him gone.

:sad1::sad1::sad1:

You provided us all with many "Happy Days"...may you rest in peace.

What's gonna happen to all those items you get in a junk souvenier shop that he did the infomercial for? Now all that good stuff will go to waste.
