Ron Dominguez began working at Disneyland when it first opened. His family owned orange groves that were purchased by Walt Disney, and his home was located around where Pirates of the Caribbean is located. You can still see a palm tree by the Jungle Book that was not torn down at the request of the family (I think it was planted in late 1800s). One of my favorite windows on Main Street is dedicated to Ron Dominguez.
