He was truly one of a kind. And to think he had a stutter as a child. A classic for the ages. RIP, Mr. Jones, thank you for your library of work over so many years. God speed.
What a great actor and veteran. He actually died in the Hudson Valley. I didn't even realize he was a resident of our beautiful area. May he rest in peace and continue to rock in heaven.
I got to see him as Othello on Broadway with Christopher Plummer decades ago.
Yet, there were so many other great roles that I loved him in. I was just watching him in Coming To America, on TV last night, and I Googled to see how old he is. He will be greatly missed. RIP.
