My B70 is running 8 years now without a single issue (other than I have to fill it with water daily). Its loud as heck, but has never not worked... perfectly. I convinced work to get one, and its SILENT... we'll see if it has the resilience of my old Keurig.

I bought my Platinum in Nov of 11.
I had to send it back about 6 months later (they replaced with a new one).
I have intermittent problems with the water pumping out of the reservoir. I use filtered water only.
Usually if I descale then it corrects. This time not so much. I am going to call tomorrow and see what they say.
