RIP David Bowie

Just came through that David Bowie passed away today from cancer. I hadn't heard anything about him being ill but they said he tried to battle it for 18 months.

Just found out this morning. DH and I are still shocked. Neither of us knew he was battling cancer. RIP David Bowie.

I'm very impressed he was able to keep his battle with cancer private. Glad he could live his last few years on his terms. What a life he led and what a mark he left on the music world! He will be missed.
