Hey there! I am off to Orlando tomorrow morning! I'll think of you when the Magical Express Bus pulls up in front of Pop! I am excited to spend some time alone with DH and to show him Pop Century. He's never been there. I'll be away until the weekend, but I'll be back to catch up then. Have a great rest of the week.

Oooo-I just realized that at this time tomorrow night I'll be gorging myself on desserts and waiting to watch Wishes with my favorite man.

Hi Memom, it's Terri, coming out of lurkdom. I had wonderful trip back in December, but a lot of complications after my knee surgery when I got back. I'm just now getting along ok. I live south of Atlanta, but would love to meet you guys for lunch in May, if that's ok.

What did they do to your knee? Mine can't take much these days. One time around Opry Mills and I'm ready to sit. In Disney World, though, I just bite the bullet and do whatever it takes to keep going.

We'll give you details when plans are finalized. I think it will be an 11:00 lunch before Mary Poppins and then Disney Store very quickly afterwards, because we have a long drive home. We don't know where we are eating yet.

Well, here I am back on the bus heading toward Magic Kingdom.

Me too... Mary Poppins is here right now too, but after our Chicago trip I am not sure we will be getting tickets. We are just busy right now... but we still have a week or so to go if I change my mind.

Wow! It is empty there! Never before have I seen a wait time say 0!!!

Well, you just had a really nice trip, so that is understandable. The tickets were not cheap. It will certainly be fun if you do get to go, though.

Rope drop is our friend.

You can get all of Fantasyland done in a short time and ride some rides twice. As the crowd begins to flow in, we are making our way out.

I look forward to seeing the girls' neat playset.

I have to remember to ask him. I will try to remember to tell you on FB, since I know you aren't here often.

There were a few times it was crowded, but we dodge the crowds with our schedule. Fireworks on NYE were spectacular. You should give it a try sometime. Just start the trip close to NYE and then run into the next week, because it thins out drastically, from all reports I have heard, after the first couple of days in January.

If one of you brilliant Disers will hurry up and invent an instant transport machine, we can all get together for zoo trips and Broadway shows and birthday parties and to help each other move or paint or whatever any of us needs done.

Whoever can put phone pictures on here, let us know, and we'll send you a picture from the Atlanta Dis meet while we are there.

Wednesday is gardeing day for us. Our plants are growing, and the students think it is so neat to see the rows of green. They love watering them every day. We're hoping to put in some corn and cucumbers today.

It's wonderful to spend time one on one with Jill or Trent, but it's not an unusual thing. They are both very family oriented. Drew is a free spirit. He's always out with friends, and he's not huge on family bonding, so spending time with him is rare. I hope the older he gets, the more he wants to spend time with family.

great picture! i have a new motto - i'm no longer going to be sad when i read about people's last day at disney or when i myself experience a last day at disney. i'm going to be happy that they are there in the first place. like dr. suess says, "don't cry because it's over....smile because it happened."

i just love MK in the morning! even us non-early birds will get up early for that!

I had a torn meniscus (sp?). It was supposed to be a simple out patient procedure, turned out to be anything but. First I developed an infection in my incision and had to go back in the hospital so they could open it back up, make an even bigger incision, and clean it out. I was in 3 days for that. We thought everything was fine but even after I started PT I had very little range of motion. MRI showed the tendon was now too short and stretched so tight they were afraid I was going to tear it again so it was more surgery, this time to lengthen the tendon (which I didn't even know they could do, but they can!) It's taken a lot of therapy on it but I'm finally able to get around a litle pretty good, but I still have a lot of swelling and can't walk too far. It only took 4 months since the original surgery to start getting better! Anyway, I'm looking forward to meeting you guys. I've loved reading all your trip reports!
