LOL, "or so I thought"
so true....
When you have a wonderful daughter like Jill!
She is a pretty good girl, I must say.
I'm so tickled you get to go back sooner than planned! You guys totally deserve it!!
I don't know about deserving it, but we sure are happy about it. We just sort of finalized our plans yesterday, so I'll tell you about those in a minute.
Thanks so much for all the Spectro pictures! We haven't seen it since April and we won't get to see it in July because of the new nighttime parade so I am grateful for yours
I've said this before but Drew really is an awesome photographer!
I hate the feeling of leaving the MK or any park for that matter on the last night knowing it will be a while before you get to be there again.
I have a sweatshirt that I got at the
MVMCP with the same logo on it as that mug
We are looking forward to seeing Main Street Electrical Parade this summer. Something different always adds fun to a trip.
When I left, I felt like six months was for-ev-er!
All these pictures take me back to Main Street. I am singing along as I scroll.
Drew's close up pictures are superb.I rarely get a good one with moving targets and it being dark.
He got some good ones. I am so happy to have them.
Awww, your new Eeyore has a twin who came home with me in March. He's sitting on the back of my chair right now, in fact.
Drew's pictures are amazing.
Cool! I thought he was just adorable.
Brooklynn sleeps with mine sometimes when she is here.
such a cute picture! i bet it was nice for you to get to spend some alone time with drew. i'm sure that doesn't happen very often at his age.
loved all the spectro pics! although the one drew took of the bird after the king triton one startled me a little bit. i LOVE the one of alice and of the snow queen.
Drew and I spend very little time one-on-one. Our interests are miles apart, for the most part. Taking pictures is something we both enjoy, and although he is a far cry from me in his Disney love, he does enjoy being there. It was a nice night. I hope he recalls it as a good memory, too.
What a great night that you and Drew spent together!
I'm so glad that you get to see the castle again sooner than you thought!
It was a nice night. Very cold is what I recall the most.
What a great night spent hanging out with Drew!!!
Your Eeyore is very cute! I bet he has made himself at home at your place!
I wish we could do that more often. I enjoyed the AK day and the MK night with him.
Eeyore is very happy here. He knows he is loved.
I love all the spectro pictures!!!!!!
LOL!! Drew's face is cracking me up on the speedway...he has the look like he wants to give his mom a good scare!! lol
He was having fun. I like to see him laughing.
This is one of the most beautiful sights!
I think you watch Spectro in one of our favorite spots---back around Liberty Square/FrontierLand. I think it's one of the best spots!
Drew's pictures are always amazing--so clear and sharp.
I can't remember if I've asked---What kind of camera does he use, and what about the lens?
We do like to watch from back there. There is a different 'vibe' from back there than on Main Street, so it just depends on what mood you are in when you watch a parade.
I will ask him about the camera. He's told me before, but I forgot.
You and Drew both got some really great Spectro pics! I love your picture of the castle.
That street is beautiful at Christmas time.
Drew's close up pictures of the parade characters were great. I had never noticed their facial expressions before, you can really see the faces in the closeup.
I loved your last picture of the castle. You are right Eeyore needed a home.
I think the Pig giving him a mean look was funny!
I had looked at that Eeyore earlier and mentioned it to Jill. I was waiting until the last minute to be sure I wanted to spend the money. I decided it was one of those times I would regret it if I didn't.
You and Drew took great pictures of the parade! Spectromagic is hands down my favorite parade It's been a while since I've seen it, (I think about 7 years or so), either it was raining or it wasn't showing the days we were in MK.
Eeyore is so cute! I can never resist buying a stuffed animal when I'm in Disney
It's been far too long since you have seen it, then!
Buying at least one stuffed animal seems like the right thing to do when in WDW.
I saw you mentioned something to Christine about finding something with Kazin's name on it -- we have the same issue with Kailyn's name! And a LOT of people add a "T" and call her "Kaitlin," even a couple of our bosses at work. Or they say to me, "your sister," or they call her Meghan.
I LOVE all your Spectro pictures! That's my very favorite parade and I was so excited to see pictures from it. I sent Katie a picture of one of the fish when I watched it, and I was listening to the music in my car earlier.
It is fun to call someone and hold up the phone and let them listen to the music as the parade goes by.
Great Spectro pictures! It has been so long since I've seen that parade, it's definitely on my list for next trip!
We had to pick our dorm for next semester tonight. My group of friends and I got into a kitchen suite and the name of the building is Disney I am so excited to tell people that I am living in Disney next school year
How fun is that?!?!?

You'll have to take a picture of the sign.
Great Spectro pics from you both! I am so amazed by this parade, i cannot seem to pull myself away to take pics. just sit there staring.....
thanks again for the update and the pictures....
I go snap happy trying to capture it all so I can see it again and again. I may video the Electrical Parade this summer.
Ahh Spectro. The music just always makes me want to dance. HA. Then, that usually embarasses Sis so I start to sing along too.
You guys got some good pics!
I can't wait to see the Main St. EP this summer.
The Spectro CD is my music of choice sometimes when I leave school. It truly takes me away from the stress. I haven't put it in in a while. I'll have to do that soon.
Me, too. I am looking forward to something different and to seeing what Brooklynn thinks.

So, Jill and I talked for a few minutes, and here's what we think we're going to be doing on the Mother's Day trip.
Thursday night - I'll head to Alabama right after school and we will be on our way pretty much immediately. We'll drive to Perry and stop for the night.
Friday morning - Up and running, and we'll be at Pop by lunch time. We're going to Animal Kingdom for the day. After AK, we'll be going to Downtown Disney to eat with Earl, shop a bit, then go back to the room for a good night's sleep.
Saturday - Open Epcot, Soar, and enjoy all the Flower and Garden Festival has to offer. Probably go back to the room for naps for the girls, then off to Magic Kingdom. I hope I am remembering right that this is the night Katie Shafer has the Wishes Dessert Party planned, because we are meeting her there.
Sunday - Open Magic Kingdom, stay a while, go over to Poly for lunch out on the patio or the beach before we have to start traveling back in the afternoon. If we want to get to Perry by 10 or so, we'll have to leave by 4 at the latest.
Any of those times Trent and Jamie can come over to be with us, we will be grateful for. Jamie's mom is going to be there Saturday night and Sunday, so she'll be at the MK meet, too.
That's pretty much how it will play out. We'll send phone pictures to some of you again to put on the new report so you can all join us.
