Ringing in 2010, 6 months til we'll be back again

Something tells me Bella is going to be smaller, but mightier, and will be winning most of the battles between the girls while Brooklynn stomps back to her room in a huff.

I think Brooklynn is going to love trading when she is old enough to understand the concept. I bet she can get started a little this summer.

That's pretty much the way it goes at our house already - just substitue Nerea(DD2) for Bella and Miren(DD6) for Broklynn.

I got Miren a "lot" of pins last year on ebay, as well. I think it came out to like a dollar per pin. You don't get to choose them, they just send you however many the "lot" was for...I think we did 15. We ended up getting a couple that she really likes and is keeping, but the rest are fair game. She's traded a few already; since it's kind of heavy she keeps it in her backpack and forgets but I try to remind her about once a day so she can make a trade, especially when I see a CM with a lot of cool ones I wouldn't mind trading for myself.

I'm glad Brooklyn is feeling better. It's no fun being sick - especially when you have to get to MeMom's for some family fun!

Oh! I almost forgot...we went to the Disney Store tonight and I thought of you all that have lost your stores. I would have taken pictures for you but I had left my camera at home; we hadn't really planned on going there. Miren got a Princess and the Frog book that is actually like comic book-style and I was going to get a set of four PandF board books for Nerea but instead she got a Minnie Mouse phone. I really wanted her to choose the books but when we would give her the two options she kept choosing the phone!

One more thing - today was our ONE WEEK UNTIL we go to WDW for the weekend!!

Great DTD pictures MeMom Especially love the ones from the Christmas Store, it has to be 1 of my absolute favorite stores at WDW !

Isn't fun when the little ones get so mobile , it's so fast and Bella seems like she did just that on this trip , soo cute how she's always trying to crawl out of the pictures !

Love all the close-up's of the pins ! DH & I started a pin collection for ourselves last year and it's been a lot of fun , the kiddies have been collecting since our 1st trip in 06 . We get a lot of pins on our way to Orlando at the Character Premier store in The St. Augustine Outlets exit 318 off 95 . They sell all the authentic WDW park merchandise for about 50% off or more , Pins are usually around $2 soo cheap ! Maybe you guys will get to check it out sometime

We're working on them coming in May actually. They signed up for the Give a Day program yesterday, but I read today that they've hit their 1 million voucher limit, so I don't know if they made it in time. I'll have to check out the prices for it! It would be fun! The kids would love it!

Just with a day and a half, I don't think we'll have time for extras on this trip. We'll be happy to meet all of your gang somewhere, though. We're looking forward to it.

I GOT A KITTEN LAST NIGHT!

(I have really missed the company of my dear Mimi.)

My new ball of "grey fluff" is so adorable and playful....I'll put pics up tomorrow because......

My DMom and Lexi are going to pick up her brother tomorrow while I'm at work. We just fell in love with him and decided we had enough lovin for them both!

Timi (my other cat) has been excellent with her, he started licking her from the start and even watches over her while she sleeps in her basket.

I couldn't wait to go home today so I could snuggle her!

What a coincidence....

It was my DMom's birthday yesterday and I gave her an invitation to go on the 'Character's of Flight' in her birthday card.

She was thrilled, she has always wanted to go in a hot air balloon and this is the next best thing.

I'm sure Tinkgirl will beat me to it, but I will be anxious to hear how she liked it.

Congratulations on a new kitty! My cat has taken up residence in my bedroom since Ben's arrival last night. That dog only wants to be friends and play with him, but the cat is scared to death of the dog.

The Mickey waffle iron has already been in action this morning. So far, it has only produced one plain for Brook and one chocolate chip for Jill. The others are still asleep, and I opted for a biscuit to go with the eggs, bacon, and sausage that are making the house smell good right now.

You'll like POFQ. I have only seen those bags at POFQ, but someone said they had seen them somewhere else. I'm just getting a cheapo. I'm very unfancy and spend little to nothing on things like that for myself, so it'll be fine for me.

I'll be excited to see you and your mom enjoying her birthday gift.

I loved the pictures with Daisy, Donald, and the girls. My first thought at seeing Donald was, he was sick of shopping.

The Hallmark stores have a stuffed Donald Duck as their Easter bonus if you buy 3 cards. It was cute but do not pick it up by it's ears (I did).

I haven't been to the mall since the Disney Store closed, so in haven't seen any Hallmark Easter stuff. Did you drop/break one?

Love to see the pins. I enjoy looking at them, but I'm quite afraid to buy any because I'm afraid it would start a huge obsession.

We got Hannah's big girl bed (a twin) set up tonight with Princess and the Frog sheets, she is so excited!

Just a thought, if you are thinking about trading pins for Brooklynn, you might want to buy a "lot" on ebay. They are cheap and make great traders! That's what we do for Baylor. He has a blast!

It's a pretty sunshiny day at our house. Jill, Brooklynn, and I went to Walmart early, and then Jill, Brooklynn, Bella, Jamie, and I went to Target and Staples. Everybody is stuffing themselves with sandwiches and chips right now. Toy Story is playing in the background. I'm getting ready to go start some green beans that will cook all day. We're going to have some friends over to eat tonight since Jill is in town and this is Trent's last weekend here. I went and got him a ton of groceries, and since we don't do things normally, we will do it 'funly'. We will fill boxes with the food and other supplies, and then everyone is going to decorate a box. Trent will have to guess who decorated each box before he opens it and finds some very exciting things, like soap, shampoo, peanut butter, tuna, and dishcloths. He'll say, "Oh, my gosh," and roll his eyes, but we'll do it anyway. We'll probably put pictures up tonight or tomorrow, if you're interested.

The sun is a welcomed sight here.
Probably everywhere, except unfortunately those hit worst by the snow will now have to deal with flooding in a lot of places.
