She gets lots of strange looks from the regular tourists when she is on the ground at Hollywood Studios or putting a Santa hat on a plywood Coke delivery guy!
Look at my two sweet babies! I miss them so much more after a trip, since I get used to seeing them every day. Love you bunches, Brooklynn and Bella!
Jill thinks I do all kinds of crazy things for the sake of pictures. Where does she come up with this stuff?
I am going to post it in my TR, but until I get to that day, here are some picstures I took of my sister Alice and Brooklyn at NYE. Your girls are seriously the cutest!!
Have a good snow day!!
Katie
Your sister was a good kidsitter. Brooklynn had a very good time playing.
This was a nice relaxing snow day. I did a little work and a lot of hanging out. Drew just made pizza and we devoured it, so I'm settling in for some more Dising. Yes, quite a nice day.
I made it for the beginning of the report! I have been away a while and figured that I would be behind. I can't wait to hear all about it. I am glad you had a safe trip.
Well, you know how slooow we are! You can be gone a while and still not be far behind.
Woohoo, you're getting started!! I love the pictures you chose. The picture of Brooklynn on Test Track is hilarious.
Yeah, that picture is going to be one that follows her all the days of her life.
Yeah! The party has begun!
I would love to see some of Drew's pictures. You guys should ask him if he would let you post some of them. I also love photography and have taken a few classes but don't have the time for it that I would like (or the money for the equipment). I can't wait to hear all about your adventures. You guys have a great family. That is such a blessing!
I think he took more this trip than he ever had. He and I went out twice together and I know he took a lot then. We went to Animal Kingdom once and closed Magic Kingdom once. I haven't seen what he got, so I am anxious to see them myself.
Woohoo, the TR is starting! Love the intro pics of everyone, Jill.
Don't you think Jarvis looks like a true Disney convert in his picture?
Can't wait to read the next post!! It will bring me back to our trip in December. Knoxville still only has around 1/2 inch with ice but it was enough to almost close down the city. Too funny compared to the north. Lucky me, we decided to close the office today. Yeah!!
I'm glad you were able to stay home. I'm of the opinion people just need to stay in when they can.
I have all his pictures on my laptop so I will definitely post some. He takes some awesome ones.
I'm looking forward to seeing them myself. Did you just make a separate album for his pictures?
Your girls just get cuter and cuter -- if that's possible!
Love all the intro pics -- John and Charles are so similar -- hating the heat and crowds and getting cranky when they need food. Love the pic of him with the girls -- was that taken in the last coupleaughing: of days with the snow?
Woo hoo for Jarvis getting a Premium Annual Pass -- he'll have to make sure he gets a lot of use out of that!
I didn't realize that you were the assistant director, Jill! That is awesome!
So excited that the TR has officially started. I am already bored with our snow day and ready for some DIS fun!
The guys will go to the waterparks this summer. Drew likes DisneyQuest, but since he never makes up his mind until the last minute, I just buy his ticket each time. Since he's gone the last two times, I would have been better off getting him an annual pass, but I had no idea he'd really go twice.
Great intro Jill the pictures capture everyone perfect ! I totally agree with you Brooklyn and Bella are def the stars of the show

Can't wait to read all about your trip !
It's fun to watch the guys having fun at Disney World, even though their experiences are different than ours. They went to the Capital One Bowl while we were down there, whereas my idea of fun would be shopping and picture-taking and being with the girls. Disney offers opportunities for everyone to do the things that they enjoy, yet still be together.
That's close to what my dad used to be called when my cousins were little. Uncle Bubba. His real name is John but my oldest cousin couldn't pronounce his J's when he was really little and it came out as Uncle Gon, so my dad just said to call him Uncle Bubba
I'm the exact opposite. I couldn't survive any further south If it hits 90 degrees I'm miserable. I get grumpy and I get really bad headaches That's why we're trying to avoid a summer Disney trip. In February it's usually around 70 in Disney so that's good
I was just about to say that it hasn't started snowing yet today, but I just looked out the window and saw some flakes It's only supposed to be 1 or 2 inches, but I love any amount of snow
I think Tennessee is pretty nice all around for weather. I wish it wasn't a ten hour drive to Disney World, though. I'd like to be about five hours away. That would allow us to take more trips.
so happy for you that the weather worked out in your favor! We got 4" of snow last night and its still snowing now but the busses weren't cancelle. It took me an hour to shovel our driveway and sidewalk. I did the neighbour's as well though cause it was beautiful out and its good exercise!
Your WL pictures are beautiful. The themed decorations are so cool!
Brooklynn and Bella are adorable. Bella's smile is just the definition of "joy"
Hope the weather warms up for you soon. When you are not used to it, it just plain sucks. Also, since we leave in just over a week I am hoping for a heat wave!!
That was nice for you to do your neighbor's shoveling.
I think the forecast for Orlando gets significantly warmer next week.
Just a little lurker here coming out to say ! I have read all of your/memom's reports and love em! This one is off to a fantastic start. I think you are all very lucky to have each other and equally share the love of Disney. My mom and I took my DS every year since he was born ( he is now 10) and sometimes we would go 2 or 3 times a year. I thought we were nuts for doing so until I found your reports ! My dh opted to skip most of those trips ( regretfully) for silly reasons... like " I have to work and make the money so you can go on these trips" kind of things but I think it was mainly because he hated flying. We used to live in NY and driving was out of the question. We moved to NC 3 years ago so DH has now joined us on our magical adventures because we can drive there. We did 10 days last year at the Beach Club and I highly recommend you try this one in the future as a Deluxe add on day- wait till the girls are a little bit older and can really make use out of the pool/SAB area- you seriously do not want to leave the property until evening when you can casually walk to Epcot for dining and fireworks!
Sadly, we are not going this year though because DH said he wants to try something different. Also my mom and DS go to Disney together on their own every year- this year they are going 2/1 - 2/5 ... but they have a different kind of vacation as they are back in the hotel room by 4:00pm everyday and they don't take any pics -crazy ! Last year I took over 1500- and that was low for me. They stay at All Star Sports because DS is obsessed with football- so he will literally play on the field all afternoon and meet kids. It drives me insane that they do this- but they like to take it easy there. My mom loves taking my DS on her own because she says I stress him in Disney trying to get too much done - no such thing! Anyhow, this year instead we are going to spend 6 historical days in Williamsburg, VA- is there a "yawn" smiley? it should be fun and I am in the depths of planning like the crazy planner that I am and will have them wishing they were back at Disney in no time!
So with that I will live vicariously through your reports and dream of a ticker- a Disney ticker that is.
I just wanted to say thank you for writing these reports- they especially keep us Disers without tickers smiling ! Your girls are gorgeous and how lucky they are to have each other to share all the wonderful Disney memories with!
We are very glad to have you. I love having Jill and the girls go with me on all the trips, but eventually I will probably take Brooklynn by herself, if even for a day or two, just to let her have some special 'spoiled' time. It may even be that she and I go down a day or two before Jill is able to get off on a certain break or something.
I have stayed at All-Star Sports twice. We were in the Surf's Up building to the right as you go out to the pool from the main building once, and we were in the tennis section another time.
You are right; Trent doesn't look like a grandma!
Love the pictures of the girls - they are adorable. Hope I get to meet them and you and Memom tomorrow at the Hippo if all goes well.
I'm guessing it will be ten-ish. I'll let Jill say for sure, since she has to drive up here.
Thanks MeMom! We just rescheduled our trip for April 29-May 4th staying at Pop Century! My son wants to stay at the hotel with the giant yo-yos! You have inspired me to wake up early one morning to explore the grounds while it is still quiet. Can't wait!
I think you will enjoy a quiet morning walk around Pop. You'll be at Pop when we go to Atlanta for Mary Poppins.
Great intros Jill! The girls are adorable as always.

You must have gotten Jarvis hooked if he has gotten a Premium Annual Pass!
He talks like a seasoned pro now. He and Trent are hoping for a couple more of their buddies to come this summer. They're going to split the cost of a room, so it won't be bad at all. I hope some other friends can go with them, because I know they would have so much fun.
Love the introductions - the pictures of each of you truly capture the personalities!
I'm looking forward to Drew's pics - we talked camera tech for a bit - he has a very nice camera and really knows what he's doing when it comes to photography. I was impressed with his knowledge, totally lost me after a bit

I bet he will be able to run with his career!!!
Great pics from you too Katie! I have like 2 from the entire meet. I can't believe I forgot to take pictures - I was enjoying conversation with everyone, enjoying "the entertainment" and concerned about Joe - and just completely ignored the camera!
Drew would like to have a career in photography, so we will keep that in our prayers. What he likes, he does well at, but what he doesn't like, he does half-heartedly.
It was too dark for me to take any good pictures, so I will hope that Drew has some good ones.
And I'm married to the third brother 'cause Clay is the same way!
Great introduction Jill! Brooklynn and Bella are just too cute in that first picture!
I guess we need to get a whole order of 'grumpy' shirts for all these men, huh?
I love that picture of the girls. I think it is sweet that Brooklynn has her hand on Bella's little foot. She loves her sister!
