Riding with the Characters

I did a search for a thread for this and didn't find one, so hopefully it's okay to start this one. This past Sunday, my 2 year old daughter was asked to take a Magic Carpet Ride with Aladdin and Princess Jasmine, and it was so adorable to watch. I thought I'd share some pics and a short video of the experience. It's hard to tell, but my daughter was dressed as Anna (as a toddler) and Aladdin was so funny singing 'Do you want to build a snowman?' with her. It really was a Magical Moment.






I'd love to see other pics of Disers experiences on the rides with characters!!

How fun and special. We don't have a ride magical moment but we did get a magical moment with Aladdin and Jasmine over at Epcot. It started to rain just as my DGD reached them in the outdoor M&G spot. Jasmine got worried about her hair so she said they had to dash indoors. Aladdin grabbed DGD's hand and asked if she was ready for an adventure and they ran through the Moroccan village area, swinging her along, jumping up and over on the fountain and chatting and laughing the whole way. It was just like when he ran through the market in the movie.

My kids got to ride the carpets with A&J on our Apr. 2013 trip. After the ride, they walked all of us over to their meet and greet spot, passed us through the line, and posed for lots of pics with the whole family. Definitely a magical moment!!

Awww, I bet your kids loved it, too! Same with us, they walked her back over to their M & G spot for pics and they rubbed on the lamp for genie and he sang to DD and all. So adorable! It's always thrilling when the characters get to 'play' with the kids instead of just the typical pic and autograph stuff.

No, we were hanging out near where they do their meet and greet. It was in the morning, and before their first greet was set to begin. My daughter was running around and Aladdin popped his head out and waved at her. Then a second later they came out and took her hand and asked if she wanted to go on a Magic Carpet ride. Then, he and Jasmine took her through the exit to the ride and waved at people getting off the ride and let DD pick the carpet she wanted (Aladdin said 'red, purple or pink?' and she chose pink. ) It was pretty funny, she sat between them, and Aladdin would hold her hands up to get her to raise her arms during the ride.
