DH and I (and our boys) have never been to US/IOA before, but we're planning to make our first trip in 2010.
DH and I are FAR FROM being coaster experts, so we're a bit.....concerned about the intensity of the coasters there and if we can handle them without having heart attacks.
The coasters with inversions that we've been on several times (and most likely so have you) and loved are:
*Rock-n-Roller Coaster
*California Screamin' (At Disneyland's California Adventure Park)
*The Roller Coaster (at New York New York Hotel and Casino, Las Vegas) I put a link in for you if you want to read about it. http://www.nynyhotelcasino.com/entertainment/entertainment_therollercoaster.aspx
So, do you think the Hulk and Dueling Dragons and that new coaster being built are way out of our league? Are the current coasters at US/IOA way more intense than the previous coasters we've been on?.......less intense?......about the same intensity?
(Also, we've never been on a coaster where our feet are dangling below us because there's no floor in the ride vehicle. Does that add a huge element of intensity? Does it feel weird? Is looks like it would be disorienting to a degree.)
