Riding Amtrak Alone

Ok so tommorrow I leave for Oregon and I'm taking the train since I'm only going. So ive road Amtrak once before when my brother was there but I've never rode it alone. Does anyone have anytips of things I can bring to entertain my self for 6 hours.

CD player.
There they have DVD players you can rent before getting on the train.
If its just 6 hours that wont be too bad. It will go by pretty quickly if you have some music or some type of coloring book.
I know it sounds strange but coloring books can still be the most amusing things (IMO).

Thank so much I know it wont be that long I went to London last week and thats a total of a eighteen hour flight but my friends were there and I think I'm going to rent a dvd player and my dad wont let me bring my laptop but I've used the Dig-E players in the past on flight and I enjoyed them also coloring sounds good lol Thanks so much.
