Morning.

What rides can I take my 4 month old on?

It's a small world?
the Pooh ride?

Anything without a height/age restriction, which means you'll be able to go on almost everything. Definitely Small World, Pooh, Dumbo, Peter Pan, etc. On the other rides (the mountains, etc.) you'll be able to Baby Swap, so that one parent rides while the other parent waits, and then they switch. The second parent goes through the fast pass line so the wait is much shorter. (Just ask the first CM you see at each ride and they'll tell you how to do it.)

We went the last week of September with DD 3 monthes. She rode Small World, Peter Pan, Haunted Mansion, Pirates, Buzz Lightyear, Snow White, I'm sure there are more but I can't think right now. I think anything that doesn't have a height restriction, baby will be fine. We took DD in lots of shows and she was fine but they were pretty loud. I breastfeed and was able to do so in alot of the shows. The Baby Care Centers were wonderful too. I would go in there to BF or to just give her a little quiet "blanket" time and let her kick & talk.

doberlady-

Looks like we will be down at the same time. Our youngest DS will be turning 4 months old down there.

Hope you enjoy your trip!

Thanks Kim, you too!!!

We will be OKW 10/25-11/4

MNSSHP on the 31st!

What kinds of baby things are you taking?

My other ds (5) was 3 before we took him so I did not even have to worry about diapers. Now I feel like I am packing for a month not a week.

Are you bringing the full travel system or a smaller stroller? Will your little one sleep in the pack and play or are you renting a crib?

BTW- We are staying at the BWV 10/22-10/29 MNSSHP on the 27.

Definitely bring some kind of sling or baby carrier. You can't bring strollers in any lines or in most buildings (The Land at EPCOT, for instance.) And if she's eating solids by then, bring a little spoon. We couldn't always find spoons at the restaurants, oddly enough, and even when we could they were too big for baby.

When my DS was a baby he always loved the tram from the parking lot to the gates...it was his trip highlight! :teeth:

I'll have my 2 1/2 month old down there around the same time (11/2-11/6). I am planning on wearing him in the sling most of the time.

Our kids are 9, 6 and 4 months. We had taken my middle 9yo when she was 5 mos.

We have a Graco travel system that we are taking cause she has a seat on the plane for the carseat and we are renting a car. I am also taking apart the bouncy seat and packing it.

We are renting a crib and I have to remember to call today! I would never even thought about it had I not read the thread! I am not sure if she will sleep well in a p&p and I am not willing to take the chance.

We have 4 children, one of them is an infant. When we do the baby swap can my wife ride with one or two kids while I watch the baby? Then swap where I ride with the remaining kid(s) who haven't rode yet while she watches the baby?

We just got back from staying @ BWV with our kids, youngest 3mo. I had a hard time getting her into the pack n play without waking her up because I had to bend over so far. Our 2 older kids slept on the pullout sofa so I took the cushions off the sofa and place them in the pack n play then placed a sheet over that. The cushions are almost a perfect fit, maybe an inch or so smaller than the pack n play. Our baby doesn't move around in her sleep yet so this worked well for us, just thought I'd let you know.

We have a travel system but just took the stroller so she could fully recline. She liked her Baby Bjorn better than the stroller though. If she was sleeping in the stroller the restaurants allowed us to bring the stroller in.

Also, I bought the sunshade extension to snap onto our stroller and the rain cover.

Another tip, will you be staying in a villa with a washer & dryer? I found that we didn't wear more than 2-3 outfits the whole time we were there. I would
throw a load in the wash in the morning and in the dryer later that day. This might cut down on some of your packing.

Have a great trip!!!
