Rides during HEA...where to be in the park?

If we are skipping HEA what is the best area of the park to be in with low wait times? is there a certain area of the park closed?

With Splash being down, I think the BTMRR area will be pretty quiet. Maybe stick around Tomorrowland for Space and Speedway and Astro Orbiter.
