The last month I have experienced some back problems, a rotated disc and pinched nerve.

The last week or so the pain has been minimal, more of an annoyance rather than real pain.

My question is are there some rides I should avoid?

For example, it says for Rockin Roller Coaster that if you have back problems you should not ride. I would hate to miss out on some of my favorite attractions.

Just wondering if anyone had similar problems and was your back aggravated by the rides?

Thanks :)

I hate to say it, but I'd probably avoid some of your favorite rides... My GF had hurt her back about two months before our trip and though she felt fine by the time we went, we went on everything and she was really hurting afterwards... So RockNRollercoaster and Space Mountain and Thunder Mountain should probably be left out... :(

Thanks for the advice. Maybe I should start with something mild to see how it feels.

BTM will be closed when we are there....

Maybe I just need some good pain meds

Eh, go for it... Just save those rides for last! ;)

Hi Again Nicoal13,

I know they say to avoid the Kilimanjaro Safaris at Animal Kingdom if you have problems with your back. I guess, it gets a bit bumpy!

crcormier - I like how you think! I can always go back and relax in the hot tub at the hotel afterwards

Soltswisch - you're right Kilimanjar is kind of bumpy.....

Thanks for all the advice

Nicole :)
